The Drills Menu is your dedicated training space inside the GroPro app, designed to help you develop and refine your basketball skills through structured, guided exercises. Each drill is built to improve specific areas of your game while allowing you to track your progress as you grow.

1. Open the Drills Menu
Begin by navigating to the Drills section from the main menu of the GroPro app. This area is specifically designed to give you access to structured basketball training exercises that help develop your skills step by step.
2. Browse Available Drills
Once inside, explore the full list of available drills. These include free default training programs that cover essential basketball fundamentals such as shooting, dribbling, passing, footwork, and conditioning.
3. Select a Drill
Choose a drill that matches your current training focus or skill level. Tap on it to open the detailed drill page, where you will see instructions and a demonstration video.
4. Watch the Training Video
Carefully watch the guided video demonstration. This will show you the correct form, technique, and execution needed to perform the drill properly and effectively.
5. Perform the Drill
After watching, apply what you learned by performing the drill in real life. Focus on following the proper movements and techniques shown in the video to maximize your training results.
6. Track Your Progress
As you go through the drill, your progress will be automatically tracked. The status will show as “ongoing” while you are still working on it and will change to “completed” once you finish the drill successfully.
7. Repeat and Improve
You can revisit any drill anytime to continue practicing. Repetition is encouraged, as consistent training helps improve muscle memory, sharpen skills, and build long-term performance growth.
